We accept most major PPO plans (call or e mail the office with questions) including Delta Premier, MetLife, Anthem as well as various other plans.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Payment is expected on the day services are rendered. We request that you pay your portion, which your insurance will not cover at the time of service.
